Titled - “Seeking Ocean City”

During a trip to North Carolina seeking out a bit of black history located in Ocean City, NC; a small black owned beach front community that which was established in 1949. This journey also led me on a discovery of Topsail Beach and the vast American history related to “Operation Bumblee” and the Top Sail Towers.
